1 bunch rapini (broccoli rabe)

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth reduced by half to 1 cup

1/4 cup dry white wine

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup golden raisins

1/4 cup pine nuts, lightly toasted

freshly peeled parmesan cheese

kosher salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons butter
