  • 3-4 lbs boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp salt per lb of pork *
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp sugar per lb of pork
  • black pepper

kate l. you could def. use a slow cooker for it, I would do low and slow. it would probably take 3-4 hrs depending on the weight of the pork.

I not sure on a "approved" time but we always do ours right before bed and let it cook overnight. It comes out perfect.
