¾ cup yellow cornmeal

½ teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

2 sticks (16 tablespoons) unsalted butter

1 tablespoon sour cream

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon half and half or heavy cream (to brush over top crust before baking)

1 tablespoon sugar (to sprinkle over top crust before baking)

4 cups fresh blueberries (this is roughly 3, 6-ounce packages)

1 ½ teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons sugar
