finely grated zest of one orange

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup / 140 g powdered sugar

1 1/2 - 2 1/2 tablespoons orange juice

1 teaspoon orange liquor, such as Grand Mariner or Cointreau (optional)
