Ingredients for 4 servings

0.25 cup stock - chicken/beef/veg

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp ground bean sauce

1/2 tbsp cooking wine

1/2 tbsp sugar

2 tsp cooking oil

1 tsp finely minced garlic

1/4 cup minced onions

4 x dried chili peppers, cut in half, seeds shaken out/discarded

1 lb lean ground beef or chicken

1/2 cup frozen vegetables - I used carrots and peas, no need to defrost

1/2 can chopped baby corn

1 tsp cornstarch add 1 tablespoon cool water, mixed in small bowl

cooked rice or noodles
