  • 16 ozs rotini pasta
  • 1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 20 ozs pineapple chunks , drained
  • 3 Tbsps garlic oil , divided
  • 2 limes
  • 2 Tbsps pineapple preserves
  • 1 Tbsp jamaican jerk spice, rub
  • 6 slices bacon , cooked and crumbled
  • 3 green onions , thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper , thinly sliced
