1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 orange bell pepper (rough chopped)

8 medium tomatoes (rough chopped)

2 medium sized cucumbers (rough chopped and seeds removed if they are large seeds)

1 medium or large red onion (rough chopped)

Two, 32 oz bottles of RW Knudsen brand “Very Veggie” organic vegetable juice

large hand full of fresh cilantro (you can add more if you want)

3-4 avocados, diced or cubed to bite sized pieces

4-6 garlic cloves

¼ cup + 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar

2 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt

1 Tablespoon ground cumin (or more if you like)

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon celtic sea salt

10 shakes (not drops) of Tabasco
