1 1/2 pounds fresh lump crabmeat, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup minced Maui or other sweet onion

1/2 teaspoon shichimi togarashi (Japanese spice mixture)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon minced green onion

1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

10 sesame or plain mame nori sheets

1/2 cup cooked sushi rice

1 head green leaf lettuce, rinsed and thoroughly dried

1 avocado, thinly sliced

1 mango, thinly sliced
