Ingredients for 6 servings

1 cup milk

1 cup flour (I substituted 1/2 cup rye flour, as is my latest obsession, but straight white flour works great as well)

2 eggs

1/4 tsp salt

1 Tbsp sugar

oil for frying

1 lb cottage cheese

1/2 tsp salt

2 egg yolks

1/4 cup sugar

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tsp vanilla

butter for frying

jam for serving
