3 tablespoons whole wheat flour

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups 1/4” inch cubes peeled, seeded sugar pumpkin or butternut squash (about 1/2 lb)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup golden raisins

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon (packed) dark brown sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

3 large pears (2 lb.), peeled, cored, cut into 1/4” cubes (4 cups)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
