I had no olives, so instead rubbed the breasts with red pesto and sprinkled some sundries tomatoes on top. I was short on Parmesan so added some shredded asiago on top. When it was done steaming I put under the broiler for a couple of minutes. It was delicious. Got rave reviews from my hubby who is a tough critic!

1/2 cup Parmesan, grated

1 teaspoon rosemary leaves

10 small black olives
