1 head romaine lettuce, chopped

4 radishes, sliced

4 button or crimini mushrooms, sliced

2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

1/2 English cucumber, sliced

3 oz crumbled feta

1/2 red onion, sliced very thin
