Fresh chopped chives for garnish

Fresh ground pepper for garnish

Blue cheese crumbles for garnish

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons buttermilk

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 ounces crumbled blue cheese

Milk for thinning as needed
