½ cup light marinara sauce (if you don’t have homemade, you can use Rao’s)

2 large eggs

Salt and fresh black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese

½ cup chopped Italian parsley

2 tablespoons chopped, drained capers

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1½ tablespoons finely minced shallots

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

¼ cup pure olive oil or other mild oil

1 teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
