Ingredients for 6 servings

1 onion, chopped fine

2 poblano peppers, chopped

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 (15-oz) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 (15-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 (15-oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

1¼ cup frozen corn kernels

8 oz salsa (half 16-oz jar)

1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce

½ cup water

2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

Optional: Low-fat sour cream and low-fat shredded Cheddar cheese, for garnish
