3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)

1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour

4 tablespoons honey

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

2-1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

1 tablespoon salt

3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds (raw shelled) or raw pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup oats, regular old fashioned rolled
