1 carrot cut into " diagonals

1 celery stalk cut into " diagonals

an onion cut into half moons

2 T sesame oil

1 t fresh minced ginger

2 T brown rice vinegar

1 T shoyu

1 T mirin

1 T brown rice syrup or maple syrup

3/4 block of Tempeh (I like teriyaki flavor from Rhapsody), cut into little cubes

green cabbage cut in " thick pieces

cup snap peas cut in half

2-3 scallions, chopped and blanched

Cilantro for garnish

Toasted sesame seeds
