It was good but a little dry. I added lemon and pepper spices and used a little chicken broth to try to moisten. Overall I think it's a good basic recipe to create something amazing.

Ingredients for 4 servings

1½ teaspoons olive oil

1 onion, minced

6 garlic cloves, minced

1½ teaspoons minced fresh thyme or ½ teaspoon dried

Pinch red pepper flakes

1½ cups low‐sodium chicken broth

1½ cups (12 ounces) clam juice

1 bay leaf

1½ tablespoons cornstarch

1½ tablespoons water

⅓ cup fresh lemon juice from 2 lemons

1 ounce light cream cheese (about 2 tablespoons)

1 pound extra‐large shrimp (21 to 25 per pound), peeled and deveined

Salt and pepper

12 ounces whole‐wheat spaghetti

2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
