For an individual size I recommend using 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries (Dole All Natural), 1/2 cup of almond milk (vanilla), 1/4 cucumber (peeled). My honey was frozen so I couldn't add it in but I found the almond milk to be over powering until added that squeeze of lemon and all the flavors just popped. You definetly need that squeeze of lemon! I just made it this morning and it was delicious!

Also I haven't tried it yet, but usually bananas work with most smoothies and replace the sugar/honey with a more nutiritious suppliment

Surprisingly good. Really refreshing! Try with yogurt if you want a thicker smoothie.

Ingredients for 2 servings

a heaping 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup cold almond milk

half an English (hot house) cucumber, deseeded and chopped into large chunks

1 to 2 tablespoons honey

a squeeze of lemon if you’d like
