  • 1 bunch scallions
  • 1 small red onion

  • 2 red peppers, largely diced
  • 2 yellow peppers, largely diced
  • 1/4-cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4-cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2-cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp. Lawry’s salt pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf Ciabatta bread
  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese
