Ingredients for 4 servings

Tilapia Fillet fish: 1.5 lb

ginger: 1/2

garlic: 1/2

white onion: 1

scallion :2

red chilly :5

soy sauce :2 big tea spoon

fish sauce :1.5 big tea spoon

sugar: 1 tea spoon

white vinegar: 2 big tea spoon

cooking wine :2 big tea spoon

corn starch: some

potato starch: some

Marinade: as below

egg:1

cooking wine: 1 big tea spoon

salt:1 big tea spoon

corn starch : 1 big tea spoon

Preparation

1.

Sliced the fish in to 1.5 inch -thick rounds. Put the sliced fish in the marinade for 10 minutes.

Put potato starch on the marinaded fish and ready to deep fry.

3.

Deep fry the sliced fish with 375 F heat.

Once the sliced fish turn golden brown,transfer them to a container.

Preheat a sauce pan with 2 big tea spoon vegetable oil. Add sliced ginger and garlic in the pan. When the ginger and garlic turn brown , add the sliced onion scallion and red chilly and keep stir fry until the onion and scallion turn soft. Add 2 big tea spoon soy sauce+ 1.5 big tea spoon fish sauce +1 tea spoon sugar +2 big tea spoon white vinegar +2 big tea spoon cooking wine + 1/2 cup water and keep cooking about 10 minutes.

Add the deep fried fish and keep stir fry about 3 minutes.

Serve with a big bowl and enjoy.
