1 sour cream pie crust, rolled out to fit 9 inch pie dish (in my recipes)

1 tablespoon water

1 egg , mixed with

2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Cointreau liqueur

1 tablespoon molasses

1 cup lightly packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

3 tablespoons water

1 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup orange marmalade

2 tablespoons icing sugar

2 large oranges

Pumpkin-Ginger Filling

Candied Orange Peel

1 tablespoon Grand Marnier (or

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

2 cups water

1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree

2 eggs , lightly beaten to blend
