  • 8 oz (250g) peeled and deveined raw shrimp, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsps red curry paste
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsps coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup (25g) chopped long bean/green beans
  • 2 Tbsps roughly chopped Thai basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsps oil
  • 1/4 cup (65ml) Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
