1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 large pinch ground allspice

1/8 teaspoon table salt or 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup whole wheat flour (Eatwell Farm preferred)

1 cup grapeseed oil

4 large eggs, lightly beaten

2 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract

3/4 cup crushed, drained pineapple
