Green bell pepper

Red bell pepper

Cabbage (I used an organic pre-packaged cole slaw blend)

Carrots

Extra firm tofu

4 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Bragg’s apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp ginger powder (use less if you aren’t a ginger fiend like I am)
