1/2 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

6 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil, diced

3/4 Cup Sun Dried Tomatoes, boiled for 7 minutes, drained and then diced

1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder

1 Teaspoon Paprika

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt
