2 egg whites

1 tsp basil, dried

1 tsp oregano, dried

salt & pepper to taste

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/4 onion, diced

1/2 cup Mama Jess Garden Good Pasta Sauce (or use Bean Good)

1 cup fresh arugula

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim, shredded
