2/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts

1/2 cup diced crystallized ginger

8 Tbs. (1 stick) unsalted butter

1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 Tbs. pumpkin puree (optional)
