3 cup cold water

1+1/8 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp cooking oil

fresh chili pepper, sliced

2 tsp finely minced garlic

2 x large zucchini, sliced

handful of deep fried basil leaves - see above

1 1/2 tsp light soy sauce

1/4 tsp sugar
