150 g pot natural bio yogurt

1 pitta bread , torn into small pieces

50.0g watercress , large stalks removed

1 tsp horseradish sauce

FOR THE dressing

3 eggs

2 romaine lettuce hearts, separated and torn into pieces

1 small garlic clove , crushed

squeeze lemon juice
