Yes can very easily burn if your not on top of it! On the hcg diet I used I can't believe it's not butter instead of olive oil ( not allowed) and used lots of different seasonings too! Spinach works good too , one important tidbit, check your teeth after, the chips stick really bad and your teeth will look really wacky!
