2 Tsp Dijon or Stoneground mustard

1/2 tsp old bay seasoning

1 1/2 Cup Vital wheat gluten

1 tsp old bay seasoning

3/4 Cup Cold Water

1 Tbs Tamari or soy sauce (low sodium)

3 Tbs soymilk

1 Tbs olive oil

2 Cups Water

1 Vegetable Bullion Cube

32 Oz. High Heat oil (for frying: canola, peanut, etc)

3 tsp old bay seasoning

1/4 Cup nutritional yeast

1 1/2 Cup All Purpose flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/3 Cup Seasoned Dry Mix

3 Tbs mustard (dijon or stoneground)

1/4 Cup Water

1/4 Cup soymilk (or more water)
