2 Tsp Dijon or Stoneground Mustard

1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1 1/2 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten

1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

3/4 Cup Cold Water

1 Tbs Tamari or Soy Sauce (low sodium)

3 Tbs Soymilk

1 Tbs Olive Oil

2 Cups Water

1 Vegetable Bullion Cube

32 Oz. High Heat Oil (for frying: canola, peanut, etc)

3 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast

1 1/2 Cup All Purpose flour

4 tsp Baking Powder

1/3 Cup Seasoned Dry Mix

3 Tbs Mustard (dijon or stoneground)

1/4 Cup Water

1/4 Cup Soymilk (or more water)
