4 zucchini squash

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup tomato prée

Tabasco sauce (optional), to taste

1/2 onion, minced

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Juice of one lemon

2 cloves garlic

Gazpacho Sauce

1 large cuucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
