2 scallions, finely chopped

1 egg white, lightly whisked for sealing

1½ teaspoon fresh ginger Juice

2½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon sugar

2 teaspoon corn starch

2 teaspoon sesame oil

1½ teaspoon lime juice

½ teaspoon white pepper
