Ingredients for 8 servings

1 cup buckwheat flour

1/2 cup whole wheat or gluten free flour

2 tsp ground flax seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp salt

1/3 - 1/2 cup maple syrup, grade B (or agave)

3 large bananas, mashed (extra ripe!)

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup extra virgin coconut oil, melted
