Ingredients for 8 servings

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons fresh lemon zest

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 1/2 cups raspberries

3/4 cup blackberry

2 lbs apricots , halved & pitted (should be firm)

8 almonds (whole)

3/4 cup blueberries

3/4 cup rolled oat (not instant!)

10 tablespoons light margarine
