½ cup cooked black rice

¼ cup chopped white onion

3 large eggs or egg substitute for 3 eggs

3 Tbsp. almond meal or almond flour

1 cup GO Veggie! Dairy-Free Shredded Cheese

½ cup firmly packed baby spinach, finely chopped

2 tsp. Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almond Milk

1 small red bell pepper, finely chopped

2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil

¼ tsp. ground cumin

¼ tsp. sea salt

¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
