Ingredients for 4 servings

500 g goat yogurt


A handful of pitted black olives, roughly chopped

100 g new potatoes

4 tbsp grape nuts

2 tbsp poppy seeds

1 turnip

½ red onion, finely sliced

100 g caster sugar

100 ml cider vinegar

2 carrots

1 beetroot

4 radishes

3 banana shallots

A few baby spinach leaves

Olive oil

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp white wine vinegar

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper
