2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

2 pinches of salt

20 g of Parmesan

1 dash of Tabasco

240 ml of vegetable oil

60 ml of olive oil

375 g of T55 flour, plus extra for dusting

8 g of yeast

9 g of salt

210 ml of water

2 chicken breasts

1/4 lemon, zested and juiced

2 tsp of chopped rosemary

2 tsp of chopped thyme

1/2 tsp of garlic, finely chopped

1 pinch of pepper

80 ml of olive oil

1 1/2 gem lettuces

15 g of Parmesan shavings

5 anchovy fillets
