3 oz Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Pie Liqueur
1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 oz bourbon
Crushed thin mints to rim glass
Crush up three thin mint cookies and then rim a chilled martini glass.
Combine the liqueurs and bourbon in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well (at least 30 seconds) until you get a nice foam.
Strain into the prepared martini glass.
