7 Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked gluten-free spiral pasta
  • 1 heaping cup baby spinach leaves
  • 3 Tbsps roasted and salted sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • juice of half a lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt, coarse cracked black pepper, and red chili flakes to taste

I made this last night but didn't see your option until today...will try that when I make it next week. And your right it is damn good stuff.

I used chipotle flake for the chili flake! Good stuff!
