Ingredients for 6 servings

200 g celery , sliced

4 garlic cloves , peeled

1 kg beetroot , peeled and sliced

1 egg

100 g parsley roots, sliced

2 teaspoons dried marjoram

4 tablespoons hot water

1 bay leaf

120 g apples , quartered and core removed

100 g flour

sugar

40 g dried mushrooms , soaked in a little hot water

For the soup

3 teaspoons whole allspice (should be pimento leaves but zaar doesnt know it)

200 g carrots , peeled and sliced

For the uszka dough
