2 red or yellow bell peppers, seeded and finely chopped

1 yellow onion, thinly sliced

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped

2 tsp. smoked hot paprika

1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas

3/4 cup pitted green olives

1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted, plus more for garnish
