  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed

  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 bamboo skewers, 10 inches long, soaked in water 30 minutes
  • 24 large shrimp (about 1 lb), peeled and deveined
  • 1 small red onion
  • 16 serrano chiles
  • 24 cherry tomatoes
