1 tube sugar cookie dough
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/2 package of Island Coconut Quick Mix
2 to 3 cups sliced fruit (ex. strawberries, kiwi, oranges, grapes, pineapple, mangos)
Spread the cookie dough onto a round pan or baking stone and cook according to the package directions.
Remove the cookie dough from the oven and allow the cookie dough to cool.
Mix the Island Coconut Quick Mix with the cream cheese.
Once the cookie dough has cooled, spread the mixture evently over the cookie.
Layer fresh fruit over cream cheese.
Serve immediately or allow to chill.
