Should be pork, not beef, but we didn't happen to have any ground pork on hand so
2 lbs ground fatty beef
7-8 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp sweet paprika
Defrost the ground beef.
Peel, crush, and chop all of the garlic.
Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Take off your wedding ring (or any other hand accessories) and smoosh until the "dough" is even.
Put a large pan on the stove and pour in lard or cooking oil.
Form large 1-1.5" sausage shapes from the "dough".
Heat the cooking cooking oil to high heat.
When the oil is smoking, add the sausages.
Cook until dark brown on the outside, churning as necessary.
When ready, remove from the pan, and add more sausages.
Serve warm with cold, finely chopped onions, mustard, (not recomended) salsa, or, (highly recommended) ajbar.
