Ingredients for 4 servings

lemon juice

cucumber

red onion

basil

mint

feta cheese

cherry tomatoes

Preparation

1.

cut the feta cheese into small cubes

2.

cut the cherry tomatoes in half

3.

cut thin slices of red onion

4.

combine everything together, add some lemon juice, the basil and the mint

5.

put everything in the fridge or serve immediately
