Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 lime, cut into wedges

1 ripe mango, diced

1 Tbsp red bell pepper, diced

1 Tbsp red onion, diced

1/2 Tbsp pickled jalapeno, diced

1 tsp lime juice

2 tsps cilantro, chopped
