Ingredients for 4 servings

1 quinoa

1.5 water

3 soy sauce

2 garlic clove

1/8 garlic powder

1 onion

1 peas

1 carrot

2 eggs

1 salt and pepper

1 broccoli

1 mushrooms

1 bean sprouts

3 sweet chili sauce

1 parsley

Preparation

1.

Rinse and dry quinoa. Toast. Add water and cook, stirring occasionally.

Add lid and fluff occasionally.

3.

On skillet, sauté vegetables with garlic and sauces. Add scrambled eggs. Mix in with quinoa.
