Ingredients for 2 servings

1 jalapeno

1/2 cup yogurt

5 sprigs cilantro

3 cloves garlic

2 Tbsps olive oil

2 salmon fillets

salt to taste

1/4 tsp paprika

Preparation

1.

In a food processor mix garlic, cilantro, jalapeno,salt and 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt.

2.

Mix in yogurt and marinate over salmon. Keep aside for an hour, I do not recommend refrigeration.

3.

Broil on High for 8 minutes
